Oasis Tour 2027: Liam Gallagher Confirms No Shows Until Then (2026)

Oasis fans, brace yourselves! It appears you'll have to wait a bit longer to see the iconic band back on stage. Liam Gallagher has officially stated that Oasis won't be touring again until, at the earliest, 2027.

The news came directly from the frontman himself, who responded to fans' inquiries on social media. When asked about potential tour dates in 2026, Gallagher's reply was clear: "We’re not doing anything in 2026 sorry." He also quashed rumors about a Knebworth performance next year, firmly stating, "ITS NOT HAPPENING."

And this is the part most people miss... Gallagher's response to when they might play again was delivered with a touch of humor, suggesting he has "snizzle to do until 2027."

The band's recent 41-date tour was a massive success, kicking off in Cardiff and hitting major venues across the globe. They played five homecoming shows at Manchester’s Heaton Park, seven at Wembley Stadium in London, and other gigs across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.

Following the tour, the band shared a message to their fans, quoting an article that referred to them as "the most damaging pop cultural force in recent British history." They reflected on the incredible journey, highlighting the love, joy, and euphoria experienced by fans worldwide. They concluded by announcing a "pause for a period of reflection."

But here's where it gets controversial... Rumors of more tour dates and even new music have been swirling. Earlier, Liam teased fans with the cryptic message, “I know things you don’t know.” He even told fans at their final Wembley show, “See you next year,” which led to raised eyebrows.

Adding fuel to the fire, a British peer seemed to accidentally reveal that Oasis would be playing Knebworth next summer. Lady Taylor of Stevenage later clarified that she was only speculating, but the excitement was palpable.

A new film documenting Oasis' return is also in the works, produced by the creator of Peaky Blinders, Steven Knight. The film is expected to capture the essence of their comeback tour.

NME praised the opening night of the tour, noting the band's ability to deliver a stadium-worthy performance, calling them the "quintessential stadium band playing the greatest hits of greatest hits.”
